Plush Toy Customization Process

If you have any designs or needs, whether yours or those for clients/the market, whether it’s graphic design, images, sketches, or even just ideas, please send them to us or upload them as attachments to this online form, along with size requirements, estimated bulk order quantity, and other relevant information (we would appreciate as much detail as possible; if you don’t have all the details, don’t worry, just tell us your basic design and size requirements, and we will evaluate them based on our professional judgment). We will first provide you with a more accurate quote for your reference!

If our price fits your budget, our project manager will send you a sample invoice after you request a sample, which means our plush toy customization journey officially begins from this moment!

Our sample fee is $200 USD, plus a one-time sample shipping fee of $40-90 USD (via DHL, UPS, or FedEx),when you have formal order later,all of these cost will be returned.

The initial sample production time is approximately 8-10 days! We will then submit a photo with a ruler (as shown below) for your review.

We will then make revisions based on your feedback. The revision process will take approximately 5-7 days, depending on your requirements.
