If our price fits your budget, our project manager will send you a sample invoice after you request a sample, which means our plush toy customization journey officially begins from this moment!
Our sample fee is $200 USD, plus a one-time sample shipping fee of $40-90 USD (via DHL, UPS, or FedEx),when you have formal order later,all of these cost will be returned.
The initial sample production time is approximately 8-10 days! We will then submit a photo with a ruler (as shown below) for your review.

About Materials

We have complete fire protection facilities and have been audited by local government agencies. We ensure that employees have at least one day of vacation per week and absolutely no overtime is required. We will buy insurance for our employees. We only employ adults over the age of 18.
